With costumes encouraged (but rubber masks discouraged because they might frighten the animals) children are invited to celebrate BOO at the Zoo. Today Hubby, Taylor, and I went down to my parents' house to help decorate for Halloween. This is Mom's favorite holiday and she has a big party each year for all the family and friends even.
